“This is not a VR experience- save yourself your time and money by booking with an honest provider. Unfortunately we thought this tour would be with VR headsets as we saw others using on site but nope- it’s a video link to a video. A video which didn’t even work! I reached out to the provider multiple times via the Viator app and received no response to the video or “VR” as the call it, not working. It was a complete waste of our day.
