“We booked 4-day small group tour. Everything was great. Found that we were mixed with 3-day customers. Okay. Seamless transition? No. Were handed off to another tour company with 4 large buses. Mostly not in English. Little personal attention & in depth commentary. So, not a small group tour. I reached out to CHAT tours and they never responded.”
