Once there the group we were to be with #5 was walking away before we even joined the group. Once I caught up to her she told us to stand over there. So we did. And she and the group left. Leaving several of us behind. Bear in mind we had purchased the headsets to use. Another guide Natalie heard our frustration and offered for us to join her group. However she did not have headsets. Viator themselves will give you the same answer and to contact the excursion company, there is nothing they can/will do to assist…”
