“Unimpressed with the absolute rudeness of this company. Was given no indication that our pickup time was 45 mins before all documentation stated time. We missed the pickup, was not notified until 10 mins later (as we were walking to our pickup and that we were expected to get ourselves from the middle of the Plaka to the port within 15 minutes or forfeit our trip. Rudest people with no customer service and all the blame on use for their miscommunication. Had a refund rejected already but still no evidence they sent us any notification of an earlier pickup time. Will pursue this further.”
